1.1 "Rejenesis," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Rejenesis Enterprises LLC, a Limited Liability Company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, together with its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, and assigns.

1.2 "Products" refers to all research peptides, compounds, chemicals, and related materials sold through this website.

1.3 "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing this website or purchasing Products.

1.4 "Research Use Only" or "RUO" means products intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research purposes and not for human or animal use, diagnostic purposes, or any therapeutic application.

2.1 All Products sold through this website are designated as "Research Use Only" (RUO) and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other regulatory body for human or veterinary use.

2.2 Products have NOT been tested for safety, efficacy, or quality as pharmaceutical products and are NOT manufactured under pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards required for human use medications.

2.3 By purchasing any Product, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or representative of an accredited research institution;
• You will use Products exclusively for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research;
• You will NOT use Products for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purposes;
• You will NOT administer, inject, consume, or apply Products to any human or animal;
• You will NOT resell Products for human or animal use;
• You understand that Products may be hazardous and will handle them according to appropriate safety protocols.

2.4 Any use of Products contrary to these terms constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination of your account, refusal of future orders, and potential legal action.

3.1 FDA Compliance (United States):

• Products are sold as research chemicals and are not regulated as drugs, biologics, medical devices, or dietary supplements under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).
• Products are not listed on the FDA's Drug Establishment Registration database as approved pharmaceuticals.
• We make no therapeutic claims and Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Products may or may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory. The purchaser assumes responsibility for TSCA compliance.

3.2 TGA Compliance (Australia):

• Products are not registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).
• Products are imported and sold exclusively for research purposes under applicable exemptions.
• Australian customers acknowledge their responsibility to comply with the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and all applicable regulations.
• Products must not be supplied to the public for therapeutic use in Australia.

3.3 International Compliance:

• Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
• Import restrictions, licensing requirements, and prohibited substance lists vary by country.
• Rejenesis makes no representation that Products are legal to import or possess in any particular jurisdiction.

4.1 Complete Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REJENESIS, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, "PROTECTED PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages;
• Any damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any personal injury, death, illness, or health condition;
• Any property damage;
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use Products;
• Any damages arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data;
• Any damages arising from statements or conduct of third parties;
• Any other matter relating to Products or this website.

4.2 Maximum Liability Cap:

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE PROTECTED PARTIES EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

4.3 Indemnification:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Protected Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of Products;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party rights;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Any claim that your use of Products caused damage to a third party;
• Any misrepresentation made by you.

4.4 Survival: These limitation of liability and indemnification provisions shall survive termination of these Terms and any transaction.

5.1 PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

5.2 REJENESIS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY;
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
• NON-INFRINGEMENT;
• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF PRODUCT INFORMATION;
• THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS;
• THAT PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

5.3 While we provide Certificates of Analysis (COA) for purity testing, such documentation is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular use.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods:

• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, and other accepted digital currencies);
• Credit/Debit cards through approved payment processors;
• Other methods as may be offered from time to time.

6.2 Payment Processor Compliance:

• All payment transactions are processed through third-party payment processors;
• By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processors;
• Rejenesis is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processor services;
• You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.

6.3 Cryptocurrency Payments:

• Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain;
• Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction;
• You are responsible for any network fees or transaction costs;
• We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

6.4 Chargebacks and Disputes:

• Fraudulent chargebacks will be vigorously contested;
• Customers who initiate chargebacks may be banned from future purchases;
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.

7.1 Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

7.2 Risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7.3 You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7.4 International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

7.5 We are not responsible for delays due to customs inspection or seizure.

8.1 Due to the nature of research chemicals, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

8.2 Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of:

• Products damaged during shipping (with photographic evidence);
• Incorrect products shipped (verified by our quality team);
• Products not received (after investigation with carrier).

8.3 Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

8.4 We reserve the sole discretion to approve or deny any refund request.

9.1 All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rejenesis or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Rejenesis Enterprises LLC is organised, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

10.3 You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10.4 The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

11.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.2 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rejenesis.

11.4 Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

11.5 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
