• Not Medical Devices: Not approved or intended for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.

By purchasing any product from Rejenesis, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

3.1 Qualifications:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, or authorised representative of a research institution;
• You have appropriate training in handling research chemicals;
• You have access to appropriate laboratory facilities and safety equipment.

3.2 Intended Use:

• You will use products EXCLUSIVELY for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research;
• You will NOT use products for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purposes;
• You will NOT administer, inject, consume, inhale, or apply products to any human being;
• You will NOT administer products to any animal;
• You will NOT use products for any athletic, performance-enhancing, or cosmetic purposes;
• You will NOT resell, distribute, or supply products for human or animal use.

3.3 Compliance:

• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations;
• You have verified that products are legal to import and possess in your jurisdiction;
• You will obtain any required permits, licenses, or approvals;
• You will properly store, handle, and dispose of products according to applicable regulations.

3.4 Safety:

• You understand that products may be hazardous;
• You will review and follow all Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and handling instructions;
• You will use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE);
• You assume all risks associated with handling and using products.

4.1 Complete Release of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REJENESIS PEPTIDES, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, "RELEASED PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any personal injury, illness, disease, or death;
• Any property damage;
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Any damages arising from product use, misuse, or inability to use;
• Any damages arising from regulatory action or legal proceedings;
• Any damages arising from customs seizure or import issues;
• Any other damages of any kind.

4.2 Assumption of Risk:

You expressly assume all risks associated with the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of products, including but not limited to:

• Health risks from exposure;
• Legal risks from possession or use;
• Financial risks from seizure or confiscation;
• Reputational risks;
• Any other risks whatsoever.

4.3 Comprehensive Indemnification:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:

• Your purchase, possession, or use of products;
• Your violation of these terms or any applicable law;
• Any third-party claim related to your use of products;
• Any misrepresentation made by you;
• Any injury, death, or property damage caused by products in your possession;
• Any regulatory investigation or action involving products you purchased.

4.4 Maximum Liability Cap:

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100 USD).

4.5 Survival:

These limitation of liability and indemnification provisions shall survive the termination of any transaction or agreement and shall remain in full force and effect indefinitely.

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. REJENESIS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY;
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
• NON-INFRINGEMENT;
• ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION;
• SAFETY FOR ANY PURPOSE;
• COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LAW OR REGULATION;
• ABSENCE OF DEFECTS OR CONTAMINATION.

Certificates of Analysis (COA) are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute warranties of any kind.

The following uses of products are strictly prohibited:

• Human consumption or administration by any route (oral, injection, inhalation, topical, etc.);
• Animal administration or veterinary use;
• Use in clinical trials without proper regulatory approval;
• Diagnostic testing on human or animal samples for clinical purposes;
• Manufacturing of products for human or animal use;
• Sale or distribution for human or animal use;
• Athletic or performance enhancement;
• Cosmetic applications on humans;
• Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations.
